Foliage:Erect, oval to oblong fan-shaped leaves, to 30cm long.
Flowers:Clusters of pale pink 3 petalled flowers on long multi-branched stems to 1m high. Flowers from December to January. Each flower lasts one day.
General
Comments:
An emergent aquatic, perennial herb, grows in shallow water to 25cm. Useful for boggy ground or shallow water. An attractive easily grown water plant for ponds and bog gardens. Tolerates poorly drained sites. May become dormant during very hot and dry weather. Frog Habitat.
